My name is Marco Benavides (my friends call me Benny), founder and CEO of Event Ticket Sellers. We’re a veteran- and minority-owned small business built around one simple belief: buying tickets shouldn’t feel like a gamble—or like you’re talking to a robot.

My military service shaped how I operate: show up, do what you say you’ll do, and take care of people. After service, I faced a different kind of battle. I suffered a TBI and was later diagnosed with PTSD, and I’ve worked through seasons of depression and anxiety. Those experiences taught me the value of patience, clarity, and having someone in your corner who doesn’t quit on you—especially when things feel uncertain.

That’s exactly how we run this business. You may not always find the absolute cheapest price here—big marketplaces have advantages we don’t.
